Sometimes we are so wrapped up in the minutiae of our lives, we forget the beautiful symmetry that is the cosmos we are an integral part of.

Sitting quietly and allowing this symmetry into our thought processes can not only have a calming effect, it will generally facilitate decisions that bring balance to our existence.

The sun will come up tomorrow and 160 years from now, someone will be alive, who has held the hand of my one year old granddaughter. In my father’s case, who is still alive and very healthy, the time period of people who have or will hold Aisling’s hand is 250 years.
